Consultation
A representative from ReplacementWindowDoor.com will visit your home as soon as it is convenient to you, as this gives us an opportunity to see your home and understand your exact requirements. It also provides another chance for us to answer your questions and offer advice and guidance (should you require it) on the best product and solution for your project. All of our sales representatives have extensive knowledge in all product and installation processes and can easily offer you the best advice on the most suitable and cost effective solution for your window and/or door replacement needs. Product samples will be available for your viewing.
Proposal
A written proposal will be prepared onsite at the time of measure by our sales representative, unless special pricing is required. Then the quote will be delivered to you in a prompt manner.
Contract
When you have finalized your decision and wish to proceed, your sales representative would be happy to meet at your convenience to sign a contract. Our representative will outline in detail your purchases and ensure all your questions are answered.
Re measure
After the contract has been signed our In-house Installations Manager will contact you to make arrangements to do a re-measure. To verify the accuracy of the measurements and make notes of any other materials needed for the day of installation. This will only take up a few moments of your time and will be arranged at a time convenient to you.
Timeline
At the time of signing you will be notified of the approximate installation dates. When your product is ready you will be contacted by the Installations Manager to set up a date for the installation.
Installation
On the first day of installation, the team leader meets with you to confirm the sequence of window and/or door replacements. Throughout the installation process, our team leader will liaise with you on a regular basis – to ensure an efficient and conscientious installation.
Inspection
Upon completion of the installation process, the team leader will confirm that all windows and/or doors satisfy regulations. Each window and/or door will also be personally checked to demonstrate its operation. In addition, we will have the customer confirm that they are satisfied with the work completed, and that the work area is neat and tidy by signing off a completion form before the installers leave. Payment is required upon completion.
After Sales Service
Two weeks after completion, a member of the team will give you a courtesy call to make sure everything is in order. This provides an opportunity for us to answer any outstanding questions you may have and to ensure you are completely satisfied.
